Sajjad provides guidance to project staff and managers from project pre-construction through to completion. He develops and monitors performance targets for projects and staff so that the quality, safety, budget, and schedule
objectives are being met.

General Superintendent

General Superintendent

Lars provides mentorship and guidance to our Superintendents to enable the success of their projects. He assists them in foreseeing and mitigating issues and also provides input into equipment selection, forming systems, and temporary facilities.

Scott McKay

Director, Precon & Estimating

Scott provides leadership and guidance to the estimating department to make sure that all services are meeting the client’s expectations and consistent with LCG standards. He reviews all budgets and estimates and keeps current with local and regional pricing.

Himanshu Shah

Preconstruction Manager

Himanshu is responsible for preparing an initial conceptual budget, providing alternative solutions on materials and methods of construction, and updating the control budgets. He works closely with Project Managers and estimators and oversees tender package preparation and analyzes prices.
