Parker Residential Rental Tower

This 38-storey, 307,000 square foot mixed-use highrise includes 349 purpose-built rental units, ground-floor commercial space, and three levels of below-grade parking. Suites feature high-quality finishes and a modern design influenced by the building’s façade. Amenities include an outdoor rooftop infinity pool, two-storey fitness facility, pet spa, indoor bowling alleys, co-working space, kid’s playroom, a virtual medical clinic, and lounges. 

Certified LEED Silver, the tower’s sustainable features include high-efficiency water and HVAC systems, building automation using Smart technology, sustainable materials, bike rack facilities, and EV parking. Additional measures during construction included pollution prevention, recycled waste disposal, and air quality control.

Logistics and planning were crucial during construction as the site was at a busy intersection with heavy pedestrian and vehicle traffic and very little laydown area for material deliveries. 

The project was completed in November 2022.
