MADISON VIEW HOMES AFFORDABLE HOUSING

This new 6-storey apartment building consists of 82 affordable rental units – 43 one-bedroom, 28 two-bedroom, and 11 with three or more bedrooms.

The exterior is comprised of a combination of cladding types including dark masonry veneer, aluminum-framed window wall and pre-manufactured engineered panels.

The project was funded by three levels of government (the Government of Canada, the Government of Ontario and City of Toronto) alongside developer Madison View Homes.
