Akra Living Residential High-rise

Our second project for Curated Properties, this 22-storey, 151,000 square foot residential tower in the growing midtown Yonge-Eglinton neighbourhood features 33 rental units and 178 condominiums ranging from studios to three-bedroom suites. The project site is constrained on three sides, requiring detailed planning for deliverables, crane swing, and coordination with neighbours. Each suite uses Smart technology for keyless entry, security, home automation, parcel lockers, and more. The building also offers underground vehicle and bike parking.
Amenities include a fitness room, yoga studio, dedicated wellness centre, hot and cold plunge pools, and an expansive community garden.
The project is scheduled for completion in August 2026.
